生命の一歩
時代の風の中で、心も芽吹き、 気持ち良く、心の門を開けると、 光が差し込み、新しい道が開く。
立春の風を 思いきり吸い込み 呼吸の喜びが 青い空に解き放たれ 春の香りで 目覚める命。
空の門と心の門が開き、 まだ見えぬ未来の一歩は、 生命の一歩。

Breath of mindful sprouts
Breathing in the air of spring, and sunlight, makes us smile New sprouts of mindfulness, reaching out of our hearts, each like living bubbles rising between stored images of past and future.
Breath of new sprouts, easy to find everywhere but in oneself. May the spring I see be a mirror of myself Just so, not to miss the joy of life.
When Early sprouts give us a wink, May we whiteness smell of new life, Dreaming of the tree rings it may become Dedicated to Spring day Feb.4th, 2022
