葛飾北斎の生き様を音でなぞる
最近、以前に作曲した、浮世絵師・葛飾北斎がテーマである曲を、見直す切っ掛けをいただきました。
それにちなんで、本日は2曲ご紹介させていただきます。
1曲目は、
北斎の：「神奈川沖浪裏」と「赤富士」こと「凱風快晴（がいふうかいせい）」をテーマに
曲名：The Song of Terra （Voice of the Earth CD収録）
2曲目
「怒涛」では男浪と女浪が一対となっています。
曲名は Sail with the Tide （Voice of the Earth CD収録）
ライブで良く演奏するこの曲、元はその女浪のために作った曲です。
即興からの流れでお送りします。
そのダイナミックさ、立体的であり一瞬の動きを捉えた静止、なんとも美しく一つの空間に存在させる北斎。
彼の生き様に少しでも触れることができたらと願いつつ、音の旅をご一緒できたら幸いです

Japanese artist, ukiyo-e painter, and printmaker of the Edo Period
between 1603 and 1867
I had a chance to review the music pieces I had made in past on Katsushika Hokusai.
Today we introduce 2 pieces of music
1st piece
