11月は3回、異なる場所で生まれるそれぞれの星達の姿を見てきました。

静かに生まれる「M16」星、天の川銀河より20倍以上の速度「L1527」 生まれたばかり…「IC 1623」10万歳。 前回は銀河団「Abell 2744」の遥か彼方の　138億年前のビッグバン近くの古代銀河でした。 　

さて、本日からまた太陽系に戻り、なじみ深い近傍の星たちと思い浮かぶ風景を重ねて行きたいと思います。 本日は土星の一番大きいな衛星　タイタン。 まるで地球…一瞬見紛うような、土星の衛星。 探査機や望遠鏡でいろいろわかってきました。 タイタンの大きさとは　太陽系で2

番目であり、水星（惑星）サイズを上回ります。 地球同様に陸地も海もあります。違う点は、窒素でできた厚い大気が循環、気温は極低温-179.2度です。 風の音は葉っぱではく窒素の音、雨音はメタンの音、 そんな土星の衛星タイタンが、私達の太陽系にあります。 Written by IMD, JP

Saturn's ~ Titan~ Last month we attended the birthings of the stars. "M16" born quietly, "L1527" fast and dramatic "IC 1623" in a cradle. and last time saw "Abell 2744," the ancient galaxy near the Big Bang, 13.8 billion years ago. Now, back to Solar System, introducing new fascinating views.

Saturn's ~ Titan~. At first view, I am intrigued to see it as our planet. Titan is Saturn's largest moon and the second-largest natural satellite in the Solar System. Like the earth, it has land and sea. The thick atmosphere consists of nitrogen circulates, and the temperature on Titan is -179.2 degrees. The wind is the sound of nitrogen, and rain is the sound of methane. So here is a view of Titan, a part of our Solar system.
