原点であり、全てである

一つの光、 光と異なるものがあり、 初めて存在する

お月様、星が　浮き上がる夜空を眺めては、 私達は自分の存在の奥にある、「想い」を感じることができる

たとえ人間から観える宇宙がたった一つの光でも はるか遠くからみたら無数の光の一つ。 マクロの宇宙から、私達の小さい細胞まで、無数の光が多元的な循環に包まれている私達。

異なるものがあるからの「それぞれ」。 本来一つの光から生まれたとしても、「それぞれ」だから繋がることもできる。

そして特定の時間と場所を歩む人生の中で、私達は 今、自分の心臓の音に注意をむけるか、風のささやきに耳を傾けるか等と 私達はこのように選ぶことができる。

そして私達は「明日の私」ををいかに育むかを選べる 明日の私は、子ども同様に絆が壊れないとしれば、親に怒り、喜びも自由に表現する中 自分と幅広く触れあい、常に新しい明日を楽しみにすることができる 自由とは、その明日の自分を迎える私の心が育める喜びでもあります。　　

身体の一つの細胞から宇宙の果てまでみんな一つの生命のつながり。 それが愛を育てる絆となりますように

One light a difference makes the presence of the other possible

And looking up to the moon and starts standing out in the skies we may lead our attention to the senses within us.

There are so many spots of light in the macro of the universe and each cell of our body all connected in various dimensions of circulation

Being distinct and unique we, humans, can choose to direct our attention to our heartbeat or the whispers of wind and the circulation of life may find an always new expression

And "the tomorrow me " is like a child. A child can express joy and anger freely when connectedness and trust hold the expression. Freedom is possible by ever-circulating and renewing connections of love.

Knowing to wake up in the constantly renewing circulation of love becomes the smile of the day. May planet earth crown the universe as the beauty it is. And may each of our cells wake up to find us all already connected as the life we are
