映り込む花火
夏の大空を飾る風物詩、花火。
大勢の方々が様々な地域で眼にします。
空に咲く多彩な色が、目覚めを待っている私達の想像に触れますように。
かつて、空を見上げて、人は様々な想像を巡らせてきました。
例えば、様々な文明で日食や月食は、神秘的な力の間の対立であるという神話が残されています。
北欧では、赤いオーロラは神の怒りと畏れられ、
古代中国では、雲にいる精霊は竜の姿をしていると考えられていました。
そんな畏れ敬われている大空に向かって打ち上げられる、夏の風物詩、花火。
空と大地の真ん中で描かれる花々は、慰霊や平和への願いの象徴でもあります。
そんな祈る思いは、空の向こう側…その何処かに想いを届けたいという、人の心の片隅に古代から伝わり残っている想いがあるからこそ、なのかもしれせん。
空が、この夏も来年の夏も、目覚めをまっている私達の想像に触れますように。

And summer skies fill with colors of fireworks.
And many people looking up to the sky.
May we enjoy the colors in the sky be touching, the imaginations waiting to wake up
By Aurora effect, when the sky turns red, people used to fear,
And the shapes of clouds are named, like dragons or sheep,
The sky would become an open theater of the imagination.
May this year`s summer sky and future ones,
whisper to the imaginations waiting to wake up.
